Terms & Conditions for RHS Hampton Court Flower Show Giveaway
1- The promoter is: Armadillo Sun Limited (company no. 12494934) whose registered office is at Linden House, Linden Close, Tunbridge Wells, Kent, United Kingdom, TN4 8HH (the Promoter)
2- The competition is open to all residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of Armadillo Sun Limited and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation.
3- There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
4- By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5- To enter this giveaway, entrants must provide their name and email address via the online entry form available at: https://armadillosun.com/pages/hampton-court-palace-flower-show-ticket-giveaway
6- Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
7- Closing date for entry will be 23:59 on Sunday 25th June 2023. After this time no further entries to the giveaway will be permitted.
8- No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
9- The winner of the giveaway will be chosen at random by an electronic random number generator from all entries submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions. The draw will take place on Monday 26th June 2023.
10- The winner will be notified via email. The winner will only ever be contacted by sales@armadillosun.com or caroline.lomax@armadillosun.com . If the winner has not responded to accept their prize and provided the necessary photographic identification by 17:00 on Wednesday 28th June then the winner’s prize will be forfeited. In this instance the Promoter will be entitled to repeat the process outlined at 9 above to establish a replacement winner.
11- The Promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected or will be delivered.
12- The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the giveaway will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.
13- The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
14- One person will win the prize of two all-day tickets for entry to RHS Hampton Court Palace Garden Festival 2023 on Saturday 8th July 2023. Both tickets are for entry between 10am and 6.30pm.
15- The prize is as stated, is not transferable and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
16- The prize does not include accommodation, transport, or any other costs associated with getting to the event or incurred at the event.
17- Photo identification will be required for provision of the prize.
18- The prize is to be used by the winner and one other person known to the winner. The prize must not be sold or otherwise transferred.
19- The winners of this prize draw must be available to attend the RHS Hampton Court Palace Garden Festival on Saturday 8 July 2023.
20- The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the giveaway is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.
21- The winner’s surname may be obtained by sending an email to sales@armadillosun.com within 28 days after the date of the closing date of the prize draw.
22- Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents, or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize. Your statutory rights are not affected.
23- By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
24- The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
25- The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
26- This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, the Royal Horticultural Society.
27- This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network.
28- Armadillo Sun Limited shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
29- Armadillo Sun Limited also reserves the right to cancel this giveaway if circumstances arise outside of its control.
