Returns and Cancellations

Any damages to your order must be notified to us within 72 hours of receipt via email. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. 
The cost of returning the goods is payable by the returnee and must be sent by a courier to our business address as found on our contacts page. Please contact us with a notification of intent to return any goods to sales@armadillosun.com stating your reason for the return request.
All returns are liable for a 10-15% restocking charge.
Once the goods have been returned we will inspect for any signs of usage and damage. We will then assess if a refund is applicable and contact you. However, if we find signs of any use or damage, then we will return the products back and the cost of the courier to return the products, will be the responsibility of the customer. If the courier charge is not paid, we hold the right to retain the goods.
Please note that the courier shipping charge is non-refundable and we are unable to refund the cost of returning unsuitable items or cancelled orders. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Any seconds items, made to order items or cut lengths of fabrics are not returnable and cannot be refunded. 
You can cancel an order from the moment you place your order until fourteen calendar days from the day after you receive your goods. Confirmation of your cancellation should be sent by email to caroline.lomax@armadillosun.com.
