Armadillo Sun's bean bag furniture is delivered to your doorstep already filled with the highest quality polystyrene beads, ready for you to relax on! Over time, however, the beads may become compressed depending on the amount and type of use. This is typical with all bean bags.
Since Armadillo Sun uses only the best quality beads in its products, the life of your bean bag is extended beyond what you would typically expect. However, you may still need to top up your bean bag seat, lounger, or table if compaction does occur.
It is a straightforward task, and top-up beads can be easily purchased from our website. You do not have to replace all of the beans, and based on our experience, adding 2 ft³ of beans when required will maintain the original look and feel.
We use Grade "A" Virgin Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) fire retardant beads, which come in a muslin liner for easy filling.
