Like all bean bag furniture, the filling will gradually compress with regular use; that's normal and nothing to worry about. When you notice it starting to feel less supportive (probably around five years from the point of purchase), simply top it up with fresh beans to restore its shape.

Yes, all our garden cushions arrive pre-stuffed with pads filled with 100% polyester hollow fibre, which is soft, lightweight and fully washable. They are 100% white and super-filled to give a fuller, plumper appearance and feel. Replacement pads are available to order here.

Garden sofas and sun loungers take a little longer because they typically need more time to make. We work to a 4–6 week lead time, though this may extend during busy periods.
